There are several ways in which you can support the work of connect.

Prayer

We would encourage you to remember the work of connect in your prayers. The connect workers are working in sometimes-difficult situations - how many of us could do the work they do on a daily basis? Connect is a work of Mission, so why not remember the connect workers when you pray for mission? If you would like to receive a regular prayer letter from the teams, please email teamprayermail@connect-devon.com

Time

The connect workers in each area are supported by their own Local Management Group, and we are always looking for folk to join us. Each area's LMG meets bimonthly to hear from feedback from the connect workers and to talk and pray about the work.

LMG reps are vital, as they are a direct link to the areas' churches, feeding back information to their congregations, so that churches can pray effectively for connect, and get involved with events in their local area that connect organises. Financial

We are so grateful to all our regular and occasional financial supporters and to those who support us in our fundraising activities - without support in this way, it would be difficult to keep connect running!

If you don't already, maybe you could consider supporting us financially. Did you know that it costs only £8,000 a year to support a connect worker financially? If you compare that to the salary of a regular youth worker, it's a bargain!
